Caramel Aromatic Malt - Viking Malt-1lb milled

60.6-75.6 °L - High degree of caramelization and full caramel taste is characteristic for this malt. Zero amylolytic activity. Well suited for winter beers, ale-type beers and other aromatic beers like dark lagers and stouts. Small amounts can be used for color adjustment and flavor enrichment of pale lagers as well.
