Dry Wine Yeast - K1-V1116 (8 g)

Rapid starting yeast often used in fruit wines, white wines, and meads. Has a killer factor and will overcome wild yeast. Famous for aromatic floral aromas. Great in tough ferments. Alcohol tolerant ot 18%. Use 1 gram per gallon.

You may get packaging the says the yeast is rated at 14% alcohol tolorent. This packaging is incorrect according Scott Labs and should be rated at 18%. They are in the process of fixing.
