Northern European-origin ale yeast. Low ester production, giving a clean profile. Little to no sulfur production. Low attenuation helps contribute to a malty character. Good for Alt, Kolsch, malty English ales and fruit beer. We like it in our Nut Brown recipe among others.

Flocculation: Medium
Optimum Fermentation Temp: 60-70F
Wyeast Equivalent: 1338 European

For best results we always recommend ordering an ice pack with your liquid yeast.
